Do all the cabins have a hot tub?
Yes all 5 of our cabins come with a private hot tub.

What time is check in/ check out?
Check in is from 3pm. Check out is 11am. We do not offer early check in or late check out.

How do we check in?
There is no formal check in. You will receive an email 5 days before your stay with all the info you need to gain access to your cabin.

How do I pay my balance?
If you are paying your balance by bank transfer use the same details you used when paying your deposit and settle up before the day you arrive. If you are paying by cash please do so at the office on arrival.

Can I pay cash of the office is closed when I arrive?
Yes there is a black post box at the office with pens and envelopes. You write your name and cabin number on the envelope, pop in your cash and post it in the secure letter box. The office is covered by CCTV so your payment is secure.

Do you allow pets?
Yes we have 1 fully enclosed pet friendly cabin. You must select cabin 4 if you wish to bring a max of 2 well behaved dogs, there is a £15 additional fee. Cabins 1,2,3 and 5 are NOT pet friendly.

Can I order a take away to my cabin?
Yes, there are take away menus in the information booklet on the kitchen table. You can also use just eats etc.​

Are the hot tubs covered?
Yes all the hot tubs have roof structures. For pictures please see the page 'The cabins'

When can I use the hot tub?
We aim to have the hot tubs ready for your arrival. Once you have read over the hot tub rules of use (which can be found on the kitchen table and hot tub lid) and had a shower you can jump in. You may use the hot tub until 11pm (If you are playing music please turn it off at 10pm) You may use the hot in the morning from 8am-10am. If you are staying more than 1 night the hot tubs are closed between 10am and 12pm for cleaning then you are free to use them throughout the day.

We ask all guest to please read and follow the rules of use for the hot tubs. If the rules are blatantly broken and the hot tub is found in an unacceptable condition after your stay a £40 fine will be issued.

How many people do the cabins sleep?
Cabins 1, 2, 3 & 4 sleeps max 4 guests. The cabin has 1 double bed & 1 double sofa bed.
Cabin 5 sleeps a max of 6 guests (mix of max 4 adults & 2 children, no more than 4 adults may book this cabin) it has 1x Double bed & 2 sofa beds.

Is bedding/linen provided?
On arrival each cabin will be set up with a mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillow protectors and pillow cases for the main bed and sofa bed.
Are towels provided?
We provide a hand towels, bath mat and dish towel. We do not provide bath towels, please bring your own. Bath towels are not available on site.

Do you provide logs for the chiminea?
Yes we provide 1 free basket of logs with kindling and fire lighters. There is a lighter in the cutlery drawer. If you are staying for more than 1 night we give you a free basket each day.
Can we buy extra logs?
Yes if you text the guest number before 6.30pm we will bring extra log baskets to your cabin. Each basket is priced at £5 and you can buy a maximum or 2 extra baskets.

Can we bring our own logs?
Yes but please only bring small chopped, dried wood. Please do not bring charcoal or heat logs as they will damage our chimineas.

Can we bring a BBQ?
Yes we just ask if it's a disposable one you use it on the stones to the side of the cabin. If you use it on the decking or slabs it will cause damage. Just leave it by your fire pit and we will dispose it for you.

Are there any local bars/restaurant's?
The closest to us is 'The Stables' and 'The outside in' these are both 5 mins in a taxi

Do you have laundry facilities?
We do not have laundry facilities for guests on site however If you are staying longer than 4 nights we can arrange to have washing done for you at an additional charge.

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the cabins. You may smoke outside the cabins, we politely ask you use the ashtrays provided.

Is there parking?
There is parking right outside your cabin.
​
Is there CCTV?
Yes there is CCTV on site. This covers the road in, office area, car park and back gate. We do not have CCTV in any of the gardens, front of cabins or hot tubs. We respect all guests privacy.

Can I have a hen night, large birthday party?
Yes but you have to book out the full site (all 5 cabins) and you must notify us first.

Hot Tub Rules:
All guests MUST shower before EVERY use, thoroughly removing all make up, tan, moisturisers etc
No fake tan, if it can't be washed off prior to entry you can't use the hot tub!
No food, drink or smoking in or around hot tubs
NO GLASS near hot tubs!
No children under the age of 10 years old allowed
Always ensure the lid is fully closed when not in use
Do not sit on lid when closed
Out of use 10am - 12pm daily for cleaning
You may use the hot tubs until 11pm each night then from 8am the following morning
